Davis Turner is the Technical Manager for Golden Triangle Polymers, a joint venture owned by Chevron Phillips Chemical and QatarEnergy. He has responsibility for overseeing engineering activities and partnering with construction and project resources to deliver a safe, reliable plant.
Davis has over 28 years of manufacturing experience since joining Chevron Chemical Company in 1996 and transitioning to Chevron Phillips Chemical upon the company’s formation. He has served in a variety of roles including technical and operations support and direct leadership of polyethylene and ethylene units. Davis has held the position of Technical Manager at Chevron Phillips Chemical’s Orange and Port Arthur Plants, as well as a process safety role at the company’s corporate office.
Davis attended Louisiana Tech University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. He is married to his wife, Jaime, and together they have three children. Davis enjoys spending time with his family, watching his children’s activities, and fishing.
